37 Weeks

Good Day My Beauties Happy 37 weeks to me =^.^= My pregnancy has been bittersweet to me this last month. My mood change quickly, sickness, and contractions. The biggest uplift from all of that was the 3D/4D Scan my husband and I had just a few weeks ago. We got to see everything and this time he was big and so handsome. He wasn't very active the time around he was sleep. It was still a very nice experience to see his facial features and who he takes after. On the other hand I have 2 close calls since last speaking to you all and it was scary.
I was 35 weeks and 6 days when we had our first scare. My next door neighbor and I took a trip to IKEA so I could pick up some things for the baby and the house.On the way back home I felt sharp pains at the bottom of my stomach and having contractions 7 minutes apart. Once we made it to the hospital my husband was there to comfort me and I felt so much better. Once getting hooked up to all the monitors I got check to see if I have dilated. Once the nurse told me I was 2cm my whole body start to shake. I was afraid to go through labor without my mom and plus just two days ago my cervix was close. So she told me to wait around for a little while and they would come back and check me. So an hour pass and she come in but this time she told me 3cm. Words can not express how happy and nervous I was. I've been waiting 9 months to his face and we all thought he was coming. I spent the night at Labor & Delivery to see if I would make any change. Lol and just when I got excited to hear 4 or 5cm she told me I was still at a 3cm. =( The ride home tons of questions popped into my head because I was disappointment I really wanted to meet him. After talking to my mom she told me that it was best he didn't come then because he have more developing to do so I felt better. Later on the next week I woke up from a nap and I was having contractions 4 minutes apart. I waited until my husband got home and after dinner before heading to the hospital. Once arriving and getting hooked back up to the monitors the contractions got intense and back to back. My heart was racing and my legs were shaking, but surely enough the nurse came in and I was still 3cm. =( So I've been on bed rest since then and proud to say I've made it to 37 WEEKS. He is finally full term and mommie is so happy. I only have 2 weeks until I get to see my mom and 3 weeks until I get to meet my son. Beside all the craziness that's been going on I haven't had any new cravings beside my Charms Cotton Candy Yummy!! The nursery is almost done still waiting on his bedding from Etsy.com. My mom and I are going to organize and decorate once she gets here so I've been holding off on everything. I know so much happening but pretty soon you all will get to meet Tristan Daniel.
